From Roots to Shoots

From Roots to Shoots is a tactile, nature-themed collaborative board game that illustrates and inspires the process of healing. This is a continuation of our interactive fiction project on intergenerational trauma and mental health, The History of You.

This serious game aims to:

1. manifest the weight of intergenerational trauma as tangible,
2. highlight the importance of seeking peer-to-peer support to overcome trauma, 
3. inspire and encourage healing through reflection and meditation.
